Susan Harrison

Susan began working at the Jewelry Emporium in 1979 and purchased the store in 1990. Along with a passion for fine jewelry, she enjoys gardening, entertaining friends and family and traveling. Through the years, Susan has helped many organizations which help the community such as her active support of the Fort Collins Cat Rescue and Larimer Humane Society. Susan and her husband Rich currently have a large “feline family.”

Cindy Tolar

Cindy moved to Colorado in 1989, and has lived in both Loveland and Fort Collins. She and her husband, Danny, have been married since 1996.  They have three married adult children and seven grandchildren. Together they enjoy country music concerts and spending as much time as they can camping during the summer months. Cindy has been with the Jewelry Emporium since 1996 as office manager.

Melissa Garland

Melissa moved to Colorado from Oregon in 1996. She comes to us from the Automotive Industry and is thrilled to join the Jewelry Emporium team. In her spare time, she loves to cook, spend time with her family, and travel. She is excited to share her passion for jewelry.

Meg Bufton

Meg Bufton is truly excited to be a part of the Jewelry Emporium family. She comes to Fort Collins by way of California and is originally from New York.After graduating from Georgetown, Meg worked for Tiffany & Company and other Manhattan Jewelers. Meg, her husband Rob, and two kids, Lucy and Philip are very happy to call Loveland their home.
Meg is a self-proclaimed fitness and sugar addict. Her favorite movie is 9 to 5.

Cyndi Wilkins

Cyndi has been working at the Jewelry Emporium since 2012.  She tried to retire but just can’t seem to stay away.  Cyndi is Facebook Editor for the Jewelry Emporium and fills in for her full-time and part-time co-workers.  She is married to Hep, a local Real Estate Broker, and has a daughter and two grandsons.  In her spare time, Cyndi sings and has recorded two Christmas CD’s.  With two other gals, Cyndi has entertained Honor Flight WWII veterans and has recorded a CD of songs by the Andrews Sisters.

Melinda Handgen

Melinda Handgen is our in-house gemologist appraiser. She has earned a Graduate Gemologist diploma from GIA, the most respected and recognized gemology school in America. She has also received the Registered Gemologist Appraiser designation from the Insurance Institute of Jewelry Appraising. Medinda is pursuing further education through the Appraiser International Society’s Gem and Jewelry Valuer program. She is a member of NAJA, the National Association of Jewelery Appraising.

Melinda has lived in Colorado since 1989. She loves traveling, reading, and working on creative projects at home.
